Everyone has their own fashion obsessions. For me, those obsessions include crop tops and dresses. I just love feeling girly or cutesy. Some of these obsessions also stem from my admirable love of Jenn Im (If I could be her, I would LOL) but they also come from Japanese and Korean fashion.
Crochet Crop Top |
Although crop tops are perfect summer pieces, they can also be transitioned into fall and winter. Just add warm jackets, pants, scarfs and even sheer/nude undergarments.
Isea Mesh Dress Dresses, in my opinion are easier to transition into the fall. I actually have the dress mentioned above and although it is very very poofy (more so than the picture) I quite adore the print and details (it's a pain to get out of because of the zipper which I think should be slightly longer). I do fell that this dress is a bit fancy smancy but dressing it down is a no brainer. Just add a great biker/moto jacket and some booties or throw on a cute knit beanie. |
Mjica Lace Trim Dress To make any dress more "chilly weather" friendly, always add some thick tights or leggings (for dresses I prefer tights). After you can throw on your favorite coat or jacket, a scarf, and a hat. |
Girls' Generation KPOP Style In terms of Japanese and Korean fashion, I think the styles are crazy yet cute or sexy at the same time. Of course a lot of the outfits they wear are obviously stage outfits but there are many ways to tune it down. |
Della X UO Tie-back Romper Another thing that I'm obsessed with are Rompers! There are sooooo many cute ones and I'm actually hoping to buy this romper soon (waiting to see if the price will go down further) I absolutely love the subtle print and the tie back. Rompers can be made warmer using the same pieces you would use for a dress. The only downside in wear a romper during winter is the fact that they can be a pain to use the bathroom in. For easy take offs, find rompers with elastic waist bands and adjustable straps (such as the one above.) What are your fashion obsessions? |
